At LegacyLoop, we offer flexible pricing plans designed to fit every family's needs and level of support.

Monthly Subscription Model:
Your service is billed monthly. Cancel anytime and we’ll return any unused portion of your subscription fee.

Add-On Services:
Premium services such as storytelling, archive kits, and expert appraisals are billed separately. These services are non-refundable once delivered due to their custom nature.

⚖️ Legal Disclaimers & Business Compliance

Business Registration: LegacyLoop is a registered business operating in the state of Maine and in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.

Sales Tax: We collect and remit applicable sales taxes as required by law.

Licensing: Under Maine law, estate sales and resale of personal items do not require a special license if offered by a business on behalf of a private individual. See Title 32, §286 for reference.

Contracts: All clients are required to sign a service agreement outlining terms, commissions, payment structure, and cancellation rights before work begins.
